In order to ensure that all staffs are proficient in the four abilities of fire safety, Litong & New Litong organized the semi-annual fire drill in the afternoon of Nov. 11, 2022.
Employees in turn to participate in dry powder fire extinguishers, hydrant hoses, hydrant use practice, on-site hydrant fire extinguishing, emergency disposal of hazardous chemicals knowledge, a smooth two meetings, four capabilities and other fire safety knowledge, etc.
This fire emergency plan drill, from issuing the fire situation, to organizing the successful evacuation, to searching and rescuing the injured, a total of 8 minutes, under the correct command of instructor Xiong, timely and effectively controlled the expansion of the fire, safeguarded personal safety, and avoided property damage.
There were shortcomings in this fire drill, but the overall drill went very smoothly and successfully; in the process of the drill, everyone actively participated, and the staff reviewed the knowledge of fire equipment, first aid and the four abilities of fire safety, and learned the ways and means of emergency disposal of leaks; the command and disposal ability of the person in charge of each department in dealing with emergencies was also improved, and the expected effect of the drill was achieved. It also increased the staff’s responsibility of “fire safety is more important than Mount Tai”.
