On November 19, 2022, Litong & New Litong organized a half-day sports meeting. Its purpose is to enhance the physical fitness of employees, promote communication and friendship among various departments, and enhance the overall cohesion and centripetal force of the company.
As the first sports event of Litong, the leaders and staffs at all levels of the company highly valued the event; the chairman of the board was present to watch the game and delivered a speech. The oaths of the representatives of the referee team and athletes, just like the fire of life and the song of oath, interpreted the spirit of Litong sports which is impartial, fair and just to the competition!
For this event, there are 8 brigades with a total of 5 sports competitions.
Team relay race, collective rope skipping, basketball competition, table tennis competition, tug of war five projects.
In the activity, all of them put their heart and soul into it. With the spirit of striving for progress, climbing to the top and the sports spirit of participation, friendship first and competition second, they fully demonstrated the spirit of diligence and dedication, solidarity and family-oriented of Litong people.
A team, the same goal of struggle, common honor and shame, mission and responsibility. This not only tests the intelligence and ability of each team member, but also tests the unity and cohesion of a team.
Relay race —- challenges and surpasses oneself with speed to win!
The rope skipping competition —- taught everyone the importance of teamwork in the process of executing a plan, where one person’s shortcoming is the team’s shortcoming!
The table tennis tournament —- taught everyone that formation, scientific leadership and effective organization and coordination are the keys to team success.
Especially the last item, the tug of war, in which every team member forgot about themselves and had only the team in mind. The moment they beat each other, the cheers of victory echoed passionately in the whole training field and pushed the atmosphere of the sports competition to the top!
Although the weather was hot, the passion in the arena remained and the atmosphere was harmonious.
With the end of the tug-of-war, our team awards came out as follows
Champion team: Bull team —– with a total score of 77
Runner-up team: Team No Chaos —– with 71 points
The third team: Charge Team —– with 67 points
At the end of the event, we all took a group photo and had a dinner together, and the 2022 Litong Games came to a successful end. Through this activity, the colleagues felt that they had gained a lot and benefited a lot.
